Delivery times: 

All orders placed before 10 am UTC +1 workdays are normally sent out the same day. All orders are processed at our distribution center at VIM B.V. in Holland.  

  • Normal delivery time is 3-7 working days from the time Cross Sportswear has confirmed your order by email. 
  • Package with DHL – goods are sent to the nearest delivery. When the package is ready to be picked up a text message will be sent with information to the mobile phone number specified in the order. Upon return of item to be valid identification document is required.

If an item gets delayed, you will be contacted by our customer service. If this happen, you have the right to cancel the purchase.

Freight costs

  • 20 USD outside Europe (worldwide shipping)

Taxes and duties: 

The prices listed on include value added tax (VAT 25%) for all orders within Europe. Orders are shipped on a DDP (delivery duty paid) basis meaning that taxes and duties are included in the price at checkout. 

Unclaimed packages / Shipments

Packages that have not been collected within fourteen (14) days will be returned to Cross Sportswear. If this happens, you are charged a fee of 250 SEK for costs related to Cross Sportswear administration, shipping, return shipping and handling. Unclaimed packages are not subject to rights of regret (Ångerrätten).



Cross Sportswear offer payments via Klarna Checkout (KCO); Card Payment, Invoice Payment and Bank Transfer. 

All payments are encrypted via Cross PCI certified partner – Klarna. Klarna is certified under the new stricter safety requirement PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard).

Card Payment

Card Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard or other payment card listed as alternatives at the time of payment. Card number, card expiry date, CVC code, and for some cards even 3D Secure code is required.

If you pay with credit/debit card, your card will be authorized when you place your order, and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successful. We will not charge your card until we process your order and ship it from our warehouse.

If your card is not authorized, no charge will appear, and you will be notified immediately on the screen that the payment was unsuccessful. You will be asked to provide another method of payment.


When choosing to pay with Klarna (invoice/faktura), an additional invoice fee (fakturaavgift) of 29 SEK will be added to your order. Payments are due within 14 days and the invoice will be sent to you separately by e-mail. In order to qualify to pay on invoice (faktura), you need to have turned 18 years old, pass the credit check at the point of purchase and have Sweden as country of residence (folkbokförd i Sverige).



30 days return policy – free returns worldwide

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your products within 30 calendar days (including sales items) after you have received the order. We offer free returns worldwide.

Return process: 

If you wish to return your order for a refund, it’s very easy, just follow the steps below. If you need help to return the order, please do not hesitate to email Note that for your return to be accepted, products returned must be in original condition, packed in original packaging with all hangtags and labels attached.

For orders within EU: 

Step 1. Fill out the Return Form that was included in your parcel, using the code that best explains your reason for returning.

Step 2. Tear off the return slip and place this, together with the items you wish to return in a suitable bag or box, e.g. the one you received your parcel in.

Step 3. Attach the self-adhesive return label, which will be included with your order, and take the parcel to your nearest DHL service point drop off.

For orders outside EU: 

Step 1. Fill out the Return Form that was included in your parcel, using the code that best explains your reason for returning.

Step 2. Contact to get a return label.

Step 3. Pack all the items you want to return – ideally into the original parcel provided. Attach the prepaid return label to the outside of your parcel. The label also contains the return address and tracking number.

Step 4. Take the parcel to your nearest DHL service point drop off.

The moment we receive your parcel, we’ll arrange your refund and send you a notification email. If you have any questions regarding your return, simply contact our Customer Service at 

Refunds with card (Klarna)

Once we have received your return we will pay back the money within 14 days. In special cases this can take up to 30 days.

Refunds on invoice (Klarna) 

Log in to Klarna. Click on he invoice you want to manage and “Rapportera retur” (Report return). Then the invoice is paused and you do not have to worry that it will expire while you wait for us to handle your return.

When we have received the package back, we will adjust the invoice and you will receive a confirmation from Klarna via email. If you choose to keep parts of the order, you will receive an updated invoice so that you can pay for the goods you have at home.

You can easily follow the invoice by logging in to Klarna after you have reported the return.

Exchange items 

You cannot exchange items online. If you prefer items in another color, or size, just return the items you don’t like and place a new order on

Returning defective products

When we ship your products, we do our best to make sure that the products are top quality and in perfect condition. In the case of defective products or inconformity with your order, you will have the choice of returning the defective product and we will refund you the purchase price and all shipping cost when our Customer Service has handled your return. You may also choose to keep the product and ask for a price reduction. Please note that products that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

The claim shall be made when you discover the defect. Any notice given within a period of two months after you discovered the defect is deemed a timely notice, but in certain cases a longer period may apply under applicable law. For customers subject to Swedish law you have the right to return the product within 36 months.

Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances outside Cross reasonable control, such as in the event of a change in legislation, government actions, strikes, blockades, sabotage, war, terrorism, fire, flood, natural disaster or similar occasions, Cross Sportswear obligation to honor the purchase agreement are postponed as long circumstance prevails. If the delay exceeds two months, both you and Cross Sportswear are entitled to terminate the agreement immediately without any obligation to pay damages.

Inaccuracies in stock status

At any inaccuracies in stock status Cross Sportswear correct this. If the item is discontinued or otherwise unavailable Cross is not required to provide the goods but can suggest an alternative. All pictures should be seen as illustrations and can not be guaranteed to reproduce the product’s exact appearance and characteristics.
