Filippa Invitational x Cross 2023
After getting tired of not being invited to compete with the guys because there were too few women playing, these two Filippa's took the matter into their own hands and started their own tournament exclusively for the ladies.
It all started in 2020
After asking themselves if they could get enough female golfers together through friends and their families, the two Filippa's were overwhelmed with the more than welcoming respone. So, in 2020 around thirty golfers between the ages of 20-35 with varied hcps came together outside of Stockholm to kick off the first edition of Filippa Invitational.

Inclusiveness and passion
Initiatives like this built on inclusiveness and passion is a great way for people to expand their social network and increase their motivation for golf. In other words, it was a no-brainer for us here at Cross Sportswear to help out in making the crew feel fresh on the course. An unexpected bonus was all the great product feedback received by the players. Updated features to be added to the next year's collection.
