Where can I buy your products?

You can buy our products in our online store and in physical stores. Please contact our distributors/agents (see list under Contact in header) in each country to receive more information.

How do I return a product?

30 days return policy – free returns worldwide

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your products within 30 calendar days (including sales items) after you have received the order. We offer free returns worldwide.

Return process: 

If you wish to return your order for a refund, it’s very easy, just follow the steps below. If you need help to return the order, please do not hesitate to email webshop@cross-sportswear.com. Note that for your return to be accepted, products returned must be in original condition, packed in original packaging with all hangtags and labels attached.

For orders within EU: 

Step 1. Fill out the Return Form that was included in your parcel, using the code that best explains your reason for returning.

Step 2. Tear off the return slip and place this, together with the items you wish to return in a suitable bag or box, e.g. the one you received your parcel in.

Step 3. Attach the self-adhesive return label, which will be included with your order, and take the parcel to your nearest DHL service point/PostNord drop off.

For orders outside EU: 

Step 1. Fill out the Return Form that was included in your parcel, using the code that best explains your reason for returning.

Step 2. Contact webshop@cross-sportswear.com to get a return label.

Step 3. Pack all the items you want to return – ideally into the original parcel provided. Attach the prepaid return label to the outside of your parcel. The label also contains the return address and tracking number.

Step 4. Take the parcel to your nearest DHL service point drop off.

The moment we receive your parcel, we’ll arrange your refund and send you a notification email. If you have any questions regarding your return, simply contact our Customer Service at webshop@cross-sportswear.com. 

Refunds with card (Klarna)

Once we have received your return we will pay back the money within 14 days. In special cases this can take up to 30 days.

Refunds on invoice (Klarna) 

Log in to Klarna. Click on he invoice you want to manage and “Rapportera retur” (Report return). Then the invoice is paused and you do not have to worry that it will expire while you wait for us to handle your return.

When we have received the package back, we will adjust the invoice and you will receive a confirmation from Klarna via email. If you choose to keep parts of the order, you will receive an updated invoice so that you can pay for the goods you have at home.

You can easily follow the invoice by logging in to Klarna after you have reported the return.

Exchange items 

You cannot exchange items online. If you prefer items in another color, or size, just return the items you don’t like and place a new order on www.cross-sportswear.com.

Who do I contact if i have complaints about a product?

First contact the store where you have bought the product. If you have bought your product online please contact our Customer Service at webshop@cross-sportswear.com.

Where can I download your images/online catalogue?

Our pictures are fully owned by Cross Sportswear. E-mail jennifer.ostberg@cross-sportswear.com if you need login to our media bank.
